Well. I suggest you want to know a bit about us, thats behind the cattery Sidentassen (silkpaw in English), and the family aswell. 

My name is Ann-Charlotte but everyone calls me Lotta. 

I am married to my BIG love Hans, who also is a part of S*Sidentassen cattery.

We live 140 km west of Stockholm (the capital of Sweden), not far from Västerås,  in a small village called Ramnäs. 

Our house is more than 250 years old. Most of the charm from the old days is still there.

F.ex the tiled stoves who helps us  keep  warm during the winter.

I (Lotta) used to work in hospital as a psychiatric nurse and I have also (for a shorter time) been working at the animal hospital in Kalmar.

But now I haven't been working since 1994, because of fibromyalghia and other rheumatic problems.

We have two children, Jessica  & Fredrik,  who are both our proud and joy.

Jessica  lives  in Västerås with  her boyfriend Aj and their daughter Maya.i. Every second weekend Ajis son Sam also lives with them.

And their daughter Maya born Nov 30 2009, and our first grandchild:-)

Fredrik lives in Gothenburg with his girlfriend Mikaela who I love like she is my own daughterl. 

They both work at a cruising ship between Fredrikshavn (Denmark) and Oslo (Norway) .

But now they both are home taking care of their daughter Nova, our second grandchild <3.

Our cattery has been APPROVED by the SWEDISH WELFARE AGENCY in April 2005,

according to the new law of 2005 01 01

We are also a diplomatic cattery by Sverak(Fife)

 The cattery is PKD-DNA tested free and we do ultrascan for HCM as we have discovered that there also can be found HD in this breed we have started to make  a check up of the cats..

All our cats lives free in the house ( exept for our male because of sanitary problems) and can be wherever they want, they eat with us sleeps with us, and follow our day, well exept for when they sleep:-)

I love the bi-colors and also tabby and silver, and it has been my goal to breed lovely, healthy cats in these colors,

All with that sweet open look that's so special for persian..

At the end of 2007 I Lotta, have decided to slow down with the cats.

My health is stopping me from enjoying the shows,and having too many cats and litters at home.

I will keep a couple of breeding females because I know myself, a life without kittens is not a real life,

so of course you will see some kittens here once and a while:-)

For my help is some very dear friends who's having some females in their homes, which I also can have litters from.

Here is the outside room we built for the cats, they can enter it through the wall from our kitchen.

And belowe, you can also see a balcony from one of the rooms upstairs, especially made for the cats.

I promise, they LOVE to sit and watch everythings that happends out there:-)
